Built on Integrity and Fisher Space Homes has been in business for over 9 years. Specializing in High Tech Construction that provides exceptional quality and service for all types of projects from Commercial and Residential to Cabins and Airport Structures in far remote areas. Philosophy

Communication, teamwork, and on-site supervision of projects from beginning to end are the keys to our success and your happiness. All projects are carefully planned, scheduled and financially managed in order to complete each one on time and on budget. Our high standards of craftmanship combined with reliability and integrity, yield a continuous list of satisfied clients. Built On Integrity is a general engineering contractor. Its purpose is to build housing using the latest technology available for energy efficient, labor savings and cost economics. In addition, BOI and its cooperating partner help build economic developments by hiring and training local personnel within the community to improve/ beautify and establish work ethic of excellence so that their trained labor forced may pursue a career with the basic tools needed to succeed.

Our philosophy although simple, requires partnership with the community so that a common goal may be obtained. BOI and it's president, Scott Fisher, holds 14 different contractors licenses and has helped build & license many specially challenged & disadvantaged contractors, to build their own companies from demolition, environmental general contracting, plaster, electrical, plumbing, etc.

Our goal is to help build these companies and create a positive contractor sub-contractor relation. Through partnership this philosophy, came through necessity. In 1981, Scott fisher built a large development in the West Indies, after many problems with sub-contractors, he found it necessary to teach and train employees with the intention to eventually becoming their own contractors. The loyalty, ethics and knowledge gained by these future contractors have helped create a work force with highly skilled and maintain good work ethics and with close attention to quality and workmanship. Many workshops are held both on and off job sites and are not mandatory. However, very much encouraged, these workshops help build self-esteem, confidence, and employer employee relations so that the employees or sub-contractors clearly understand what is expected from them.
